Please join HIRE and Esther Young Kim, Founder and Executive Director of Through Peace, for an in-person workshop.
Active Bystander Training
This interactive workshop equips participants with the practical skills to safely and effectively intervene when they witness harassment, bias incidents, or hate driven behavior. Grounded in the 5 D's of bystander intervention (Direct, Distract, Delegate, Delay, and Document), the session combines real world scenarios, group discussion, and hands on practice so participants leave with concrete tools they can use immediately in their workplaces and communities.
