Active Breathwork with Katy - Experimental Edition
Let's get weird! This full moon active breathwork community session is all about exploring play and experimenting with music and prompts.
Not your average active breathwork class! This community session is open to anyone but is recommended for those with an intermediate to advanced personal breathwork practice. Working with the potent magic of the Harvest Full Moon, we will be experimenting with music, visualizations, and cues within a safe and grounded container to push the boundaries of a typical online active breathwork class.
As always, this practice is safe for all healthy individuals but is not recommended for pregnant people or those with severe asthma, epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart problems, or a history of heart failure or stroke. If in doubt, please consult a healthcare professional before signing up.
