Overview
This breathwork class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your nervous system.
Return to Breath- Active Breathwork Class
This is an active 60 minute breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, increase energy, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment. Through guided rhythmic breathing, music, and intentional body awareness, this class creates space for both an emotional release and a nervous system reset.
This session is led by Dr. Lexie, a pelvic floor physical therapist and breathwork facilitator, offering a unique blend of science-backed breathing techniques and intuitive guidance. While this is not a pelvic floor treatment class, participants benefit from the expert cueing on safe, effective breathing mechanics and whole-body awareness.
