Hone your theatre skills and be ready for your next role when the theatre lights come up again! This 6-week course focuses on learning basic fundamentals needed for actors, such as:

• Learning movement and how to tell a story or become a character through movement.
• Using your voice to portray a character as well as projection.
• Learning fundamental stage technique through games.

This course will build confidence and communication skills as well as sound acting fundamentals.

Course taught by Acting Up alumna Savannah Slaby. Savannah is a senior at NKU. She has experience as a vocal and song prep coach as well as 14 years of professional and amateur acting experience. Savannah has written several musicals that have been performed in Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
