Join us for an afternoon of AcroYoga! Whether you are experienced or just getting started we have something for everyone!

Energy Yoga & Wellness

AcroYoga is a combination of partner yoga and acrobatics. The poses may look challenging, but they are actually more attainable than you may think. AcroYoga cultivates communication, trust, self confidence, and fun! In this workshop you will learn how to base, fly, and spot basic AcroYoga poses. Proper body mechanics will be taught so you can safely lift and be lifted into the poses.
