ACLS Provider - Beaufort

Two Day Class
Registration includes second day of course material.

Prerequisites
** Pre-Test Must Be Taken Before Class** Pre-test link can be found in Provider Manual
Candidate must be a healthcare provider (medical, nursing, paramedical or allied health professional) whose daily occupation or volunteer activities demand proficiency in the knowledge and skills of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Others may attend the course at the discretion of the course director.

Candidates must have completed a Basic EKG course prior to registering for this course.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to have successfully completed a BLS Healthcare Provider course within the past 2 years. Candidates will be required to demonstrate proficiency in Adult CPR repeatedly during the course.

Successful Completion
Pass the 1 rescuer Adult CPR and AED test
Pass the Bag-Mask Ventilation Test
Demonstrate competency in skills stations
A score of 84% or better must be achieved on the written test.
Completion of the Megacode test
