HeartCode ACLS Online - Provider is an advanced course intended for healthcare professionals and emergency personnel who either direct or participate in the management of cardiac arrest, stroke, or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. ACLS builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high quality CPR, and high-performance team dynamics. This blended learning course consists of an online learning component in addition to a hands-on skills portion.

After registration, participants will be sent a course link to access the online portion of the course within 2-3 business days. The self-directed online portion utilizes Cognitive Assessment Activities (CAAs) to achieve content mastery. The CAAs are adaptable based on the participant’s self-reported confidence as well as their knowledge of the cognitive material. Access to the ACLS Provider Manual eBook is included with HeartCode ACLS. You will be able to access the Provider Manual from within the course.

Upon completion of the online portion (Part 1), participants will receive a certificate of completion. The certificate of completion must be presented at the time of the hands-on skills session (Part 2). The hands-on skills session is scheduled on the date and time listed and takes approximately 2 hours.
