Widening NLP

A 3-hour Zoom mini-workshop on how to succeed in NLP as a researcher from an underrepresented group. Includes a panel event and tutorial.

<p>Our ACL-IJCNLP event will discuss how to succeed in research and professional endeavors when coming from an underrepresented background. To align with the original intended location of ACL in Bangkok, our event will feature a panel of researchers from and/or working in Asia, as well as an interactive tutorial with tips and tricks on practices that make it easier to conduct your research.</p><p>The event will be open to all.
