DEI Lunch & Learn

Our longest running series is our Ally Lunch & Learn series where folks get a chance to hear from experts in the community on a variety of topics that will help them grow as allies and advocates for justice.

Does the word accountability make you cringe? Sound like some sort of punishment? In this discussion Court Morse will share the secret sauce of change-making. During this event we&#x27;ll talk about how accountability can be a really positive gift, exploring the opportunities having hard conversations can provide to you and your teams.We invite you to join Zapproved and TechTownPDX for a lunch &amp; learn facilitated by Court, Founder of Action Path: Racial Equity Solutions, for a dynamic conversation that is sure to help you hold yourself and others accountable on your equity and inclusion journey.

Court Morse (they/them/theirs) is enrolled in the Sault Ste Marie tribe of Chippewa, Ojibwe, Anishinaabeg. They identify as a proud Two-Spirit activist and movement builder having worked on numerous campaigns, with several human rights organizations for gender justice, racial justice, education funding, environmental justice across the country but primarily in Oregon.
