Cory Docken's professional journey commenced with a strong foundation in design, leading to the attainment of a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Minnesota State Moorhead. Beginning his career at a Twin Cities branding firm, Cory collaborated with industry leaders such as Cargill and Boston Scientific, earning recognition through various awards. Progressing to the role of Art Director at BI Worldwide, a global employee engagement agency, Cory extended his expertise to Fortune 500 companies in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and retail, enhancing both his creative acumen and understanding of communications and campaign development. Transitioning to business development, Cory served as an Account Executive at a software development firm, contributing significantly to its growth by securing key accounts with major industry players like Home Depot, 3M, and Ecolab. His ventures into healthcare and financial services further showcased his prowess in business development with an agency. Currently, as the VP of Business Development at O8, Cory advises prospective clients on digital strategy and O8 solutions to address their marketing and growth challenges. His dedication to professional development and leadership is evident through his roles on the board of directors and as the past president of the Minnesota Health Strategy and Communication Network (MHSCN), as well as his current position as the President of the Minnesota chapter of the American Marketing Association.
