What you can expect:
- Refreshments will be available
- AccessOAP staff will share information with you about the services and supports offered
- AccessOAP staff will answer questions
- AccessOAP staff will help families register **
** documents required include: proof of age (such as a birth certificate, passport or other government-issued ID) proof of residency (such as: school report, photocard, driver’s license) and the child’s diagnostic report - note: if you do not have all of these readily available, an AccessOAP staff may be able to help you
