Description
Join us for an open house to learn more about the new One-Year Accelerated Associate Degree at Greenville Technical College. The accelerated Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree is a full-time, three-semester program available to new high school graduates as well as adult learners who meet specific academic requirements. This program begins each Fall Semester. During the Fall and Spring Semesters, courses are designed to be delivered in a fast-track format.
Interested students are invited to attend an open house session to learn details about academic requirements and the benefits of this concentrated degree track. RSVP today to register and reserve your seat at our next open house.

July 26 Final application deadline
August 26 Fall classes begin
Class schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Fall Semester – two 7-week terms
Spring Semester – two 7-week terms
Summer Semester – one 10-week term
Admissions requirements include:
Apply for admission to Greenville Technical College. When applying, select either Associate of Arts or Associate of Science as your program of study.
Complete an online intent/interest form.
Submit 500-word placement essay on how an accelerated degree would help you achieve your educational and career goals, and score a minimum of 12 on the essay rubric.
Score 540 or higher on all sections of the SAT; 22 or higher on each section of the ACT; or a 200 or above on each section of the GED
or
Placement into English Composition (ENG 101) and College Algebra (MAT 110)
