About our speaker:

Life Transitions Coach, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Speaker, and Author

Mary specializes in working with women who are either facing a major life transition or they’re wanting to make changes so they can live their life by choice rather than by default.

She’s an expert in the area of life transitions and has over 30 years’ experience working in a variety of settings as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Program Director, and Professional Coach.

She is a graduate of Coach Training Alliance, and CDC Divorce Coach Training. Mary also holds a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BS in Psychology from The University of Mary Washington.
