On February 13 of this year, the ABV Barrel Shop team, and some of our Barrel Shop Syndicate members, made an amazing pick of Jack Daniel's Rye. This one was special having aged at one of the warehouses on historic Coy Hill, the spot known as the best to age JD Whiskey. This amazing offering comes in at over 130 proof!
Our Barrel Syndicate members bought this barrel pick out before it ever even arrived! We did hold back enough bottles for this special event hosted by our local Jack Daniel's representative Brian Rosenfeld. This is going to be an incredibly fun and once-in-a-lifetime event at the ABV Barrel Shop featuring a tasting of our barrel pick with some pork that will pair perfectly with our spicy rye we selected (Brian is involved in the Jack Daniel's Barbecue Championship, one of the most coveted awards in barbecue competitions).
We'll also get into the brand itself as well as talking about the pick and why it's so special. We'll give everyone a Goo Goo Cluster, the fun treat often associated with the Jack Daniel's brand. We've got a boat load of attendance prizes to give away as well. Best of all, every ticket holder walks away with a bottle of this special pick (included in ticket price).
