The New Year is upon us!! Yayy! In honor of our New Season I will be reintroducing my dance class ... "AbunDANCE". Come BREATH, STRETCH, TWERK, and WHINE into your constant state of AdunDANCE!!! This is a intentional based combination yoga and dance infused with love. The tools given in class will help remind us of our constant state of abundance, and keep us in that flow no matter how things appear to be. You will be introduced to poses &amp; intentional breathing through yoga and mind-body connection &amp; the power of manifestation through dance. INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT+BREATH+JOY=AbunDANCE!THIS IS A CELEBRATION!!! Come ready to set intentions for the The New Year, move your body, and have FUN!!!!! Playlist includes everything from Afrobeats, Reggae, Trap, and R&B, and so much more!** Light Snacks &amp; A﻿ SPECIAL SURPRISE IS ALSO INCLUDED!!!!! *﻿**Dress Comfortable, while also "FEELING YOURSELF” !!!!!!!N﻿o Yoga or Twerk abilities Required.
