Come BREATH, STRETCH, TWERK, and WHINE into your constant state of AdunDANCE!!! This is a intentional based combination yoga and dance infused with love. The tools given in class will help remind us of our constant state of abundance, and keep us in that flow no matter how things appear to be. You will be introduced to poses &amp; intentional breathing through yoga and mind-body connection &amp; the power of manifestation through dance.
