Why not workout in the middle of a hula hoop while you laugh those pounds away...?Hula hooping is naturally a socially distanced activity in the open air so it will be completely safe and fun! If you have never hula hooped before... you are welcome to learn &amp; if you already know how to hula hoop then we can build on what you already know :)There are limited spaces so sign up soon!Please contact me to find out the location...
