About Presentation Lunch and Learn

AIGA Alaska is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation operated by an all-volunteer board of directors, whose mission is to elevate the level of design in Alaska. Their website isalaska.aiga.org. AIGA represents more than 15,000 design professionals, educators, and students through national activities and local programs developed by 70+ chapters and 200 student groups.

Let's talk about presentation, folks. Regardless of the audience, budget, or whatever—how it's presented can make or break what's presented.

SEED Lab

AIGA Alaska invites you to participate in this limited event where industry professionals talk about many things presentation. Gain insight into what works with national-level clientele and local businesses alike. Refresh your memory about some of the interview tips long lost or just misplaced in recent years. Bonus: AIGA Alaska&#x27;s annual statewide design competition, The BIG One, is right around the corner—get the latest info about the entry process and exciting new highlights for 2022!Our panel of guest speakers includes Christine Taylor, Hallmark Intl., Los Angeles, CA; Erin Hamilton, Erin Hamilton Design Co., Anchorage, AK; and will be moderated by James K Brown, finance director of AIGA Alaska.Join us on August 25th at Seed Lab, located at 111 West 6th Avenue in Anchorage, from 11:30 am.-1:30 pm. The guest speakers&#x27; panel discussion will run from 12:00-1:00 pm. to give ample time for mingling and travel before/after. LUNCH IS INCLUDED. The cost is only $20.00 and attendance is limited to just 25 people, so please, don&#x27;t delay. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email james@alaska.aiga.org with details.This Design Week special event is open to all, AIGA membership is not required.
