Street parking is everywhere but you have to start at the main gate on K street & Market. Get your wrist bands and travel through all 9 worlds while taking in a ton of art and outragous costumes. Rest at on of several beer gardens and a vendors Marketplace alley. Listen to Hip-Hop, a Mexican Band or Rock, it's all up to you.

Costume Contest and Glow World competion winners are announced at Midnight. Prepare to be dazzeled.

Third year for the Harbor Art Guild to produce the Aberdeen Rain Glow Festival. Each year it continues to grow and expand and add more to the nighttime illumination experience in downtown Aberdeen. Each year a portion of the profits will go towards the creation and installation of permanent public art on the Grays Harbor.
