About this event

Hello 🤗 we start next week for our spring session of Forest Fridays at the FriendshipTrail. ABC Come Breathe With Me is designed to introduce children to the basics of connecting to and having awareness of their breath. We honor the reciprocity of breathing amongst the trees and slow down to turn inward for moments of peace and calm.
