AAPI Playwright Festival

Contemporary Asian Theater Scen (CATS) presents the inaugural AAPI Playwright Festival for a celebration of Asian American voices!

Contemporary Asian Theater Scene (CATS), in collaboration with award-winning director and playwright Jeffrey Lo, who serves as the Artistic Producer, are launching its inaugural AAPI Playwright Festival.

Directed by Tasi Alabastro and Wynne Chan, this unique theater arts experience showcases the talent of local Bay Area AAPI theater artists.

Christina Ying - Signs of Life

Following the reception will be an insightful Talk Back conversation with Director Jeffrey Lo and the playwrights and reception to meet and greet the playwrights.
