Wrap Up

After, we'll be cleaning up and packaging our arrangements into boxes and bags ready to be transported back home!

About this event

Join us for a Floral Designing Class during AAPI Month hosted by Emthurium Floral! This hands-on event will teach you the art of creating stunning floral arrangements while celebrating the rich culture of the AAPI community. This workshop is a great way to share a memorable experience with your mom for an early Mother's Day, your significant other, and friends! Frequently asked questions

What type of flowers can we expect?

You should expect orchids, anthuriums, bear grass, and other non-traditional flowers! If you would like a sneak peak on flower varieties we'll be using, follow @emthurium_floral on instagram! We'll be making medium sized arrangements!

Should I bring anything?

Please wear some comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes (in case anything falls). You'll have floral sheers to use during class.

Can we bring our arrangements home?

Of course you can! This class is all inclusive. The floral arrangement, vase, and clippers are for yours to keep and enjoy. Materials can be reused several times to practice floral design at home! Extra clippers and materials will be available for sale at the venue!

Where will this class be taken place?

The venue will be in Bed-Stuy off the G train at Classon Ave. Exact venue information is in confirmation email.

Do I need any floral experience to attend this class?

You do not need any prior experience to attend this class! This is a great way to be introduced into floral designing. You'll learn how to process, hydrate, use mechanics and techniques. This class is also great for those who have taken floral classes before and want to try a different style!
