One Down Dog - Echo Park

<h2>This #ODDgives class, led by Cindy Godell, is exclusively for the Asian-American and Pacific Islander community in honor of AAPI month. Suggested donation of $5-$30.</h2><h3>What is FLOW?</h3><p>Linking breath to movement, FLOW gets that body moving. This all-levels class consists of challenging and playful yoga flows set to incredible playlists.</p>

<p><strong>H﻿osted by One Down Dog in Echo Park</strong></p><p>ODDGives is a program created to elevate diverse voices and give back to underserved communities.</p><p>These classes are both fundraiser classes for a non-profit of the teacher’s choosing and/or affinity classes for students from historically marginalized communities. Holding these classes is something we’ve done at ODD for years, but we’re re-committing to them this year, with the new name and a minimum commitment of at least one offering a month.</p><p><em>L﻿imited capacity, pre-registration required.</em></p>

<h2>About PWC:</h2><p><strong>Pilipino Workers Center - https://www.pwcsc.org</strong></p><p>Founded in 1997, Pilipino Workers Center (PWC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 that organizes the low-wage Pilipinx community in Southern California to demand better living and working conditions. In this current national and political climate where immigrant rights are being attacked and quickly eroded, domestic workers are pushed even more into vulnerable and exploitative working conditions. PWC does their part by providing support for human trafficking survivors, immigration services, affordable housing, workforce training, education on workers’ rights, wage theft enforcement, free tax preparation, and a cooperative for homecare workers. Although most of our work is centered in Los Angeles and San Diego, we have assisted clients across the country.</p>
