There's a "Perfect Storm" happening in leadership today, and it's being fueled by a new generation of leaders.  By challenging the status, quo, millennials without even knowing it, is pushing us to "shift" the way we lead in ways we never envisioned or wished for - leading that's in sync wth twenty-first century.
The so-called "soft" stuff that previous generations of leaders ridiculed as useless, today is key.  We're shifting to a "new normal" in leadership.  Neuroscience is proving that intellect, which is one-third of our innate intelligences is no longer enough in a world where robots are replacing people.  The other two-thirds, the intelligences are within ourselves and our peope are critical to engage our people, compete with robots and thrive in this century.  Today if leaders are not willing to make the "shift", they'll not succeed.
