Meet Sheila Eason

Sheila Eason is the Founder and CEO of Elevate People Solutions. She is also a Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team and an accomplished Human Resources Thought leader.

She proactively helps clients create productive, collaborative and inclusive workplaces through transformational training, facilitation, workshops, coaching services, and organizational consulting. She has trained and coached business leaders and other professionals for over twenty-five years and has developed a proven track record to help them achieve personal and leadership growth resulting in them:

  • Becoming a more effective communicator and collaborator
  • Improving overall leadership and team member performance
  • Increasing civility in the workplace and among team members
  • Improving employee retention
  • Improving their knowledge, skills and abilities to more effectively manage and engage in interpersonal conflict
