About Marcus:

Marcus is an entrepreneur and justice reform advocate, known for his transformative work in the field of criminal justice and social entrepreneurship. Following his release from prison in 2004, Marcus founded a construction business that employed other returning citizens, demonstrating the power of second chances and economic empowerment.

He is also the founder and CEO of Flikshop, Inc., a software company that connects justice impacted individuals with their families through the Flikshop mobile app. Through his innovative initiatives, Marcus aims to reduce recidivism rates and create opportunities for those impacted by the criminal justice system.

Recognized nationally for his achievements by Techstars Anywhere and John Legend’s Unlocked Futures, and featured in Forbes, New York Times, Black Enterprise, CNN, and NPR, Bullock's impactful story resonates widely.
