Can you bring children to the event?

We would prefer you didn't. We want participation to be 100%, but if you absolutely must please let us know in advance. You will have to buy a ticket for their attendance. Contact the organizer for further discussion.

Is there parking?

An additional purchase for parking space is provided. Please if you are driving, purchase a parking ticket, whether you catch the early bird space or not.

Are purchased event tickets refundable?

Tickets are only refundable if purchased before July 4, 2024.

Will you be providing food for individuals who don't eat meat?

No, but consideration can be given if the organizer is contacted no later than 2 weeks before the event.

How much will tickets purchased at the door cost?

Tickets purchased at the door are 60 dollars per person. Sorry No Exceptions.

Is this an only women's event?

Yes. Men can only come if they are caregivers for attendees, vendors, or working the event. Thanks for understanding.
