    A Wellness Celebration for All

    The Pennsylvania Avenue Seventh-day Adventist Church (PASDAC) in Coral Hills, Maryland is thrilled to announce a unique, Spirit-led wellness celebration on Sunday, July 14th, 2024 from 11 AM to 3 PM. Titled "Health, Reach, Activate," this transformative event will ignite a renewed sense of purpose, community, and whole-person wellness within the Capitol Heights and Coral Hills neighborhoods.

    • Pre-register for a personalized health assessment with the Kaiser Permanente mobile health van (first 50 registrants receive a free vegan/plant-based box lunch!)
    • Sign up for a 15-minute massage session in our relaxation area
    • Mouthwatering plant-based cooking demos and tastings
    • Empowering workshops on natural self-care, outdoor fitness, and cultivating mental wellness
    • Specialized session on personal safety and building a sense of belonging as a single adult
    • Soul-stirring music, gospel hymns, and laughter-filled entertainment
    • Genuine fellowship and the chance to build meaningful connections
