Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The Red Papaya Thai & Grill is Wheelchair accessible and so is the dance floor if you would like to party in the front row with the band!

I bought tickets on Eventbrite, now what?

Purchased tickets are in your email or Eventbrite app. When you arrive, please open your tickets through either your app or email and they will be checked in. To provide faster service and entry, you may just be asked to provide you name for check-in. Printed tickets will also be accepted.

Are reservations needed? Does my ticket reserve a table?

Your ticket does NOT reserve you a table. Your ticket is general admission and tables are first come first serve. If you would prefer or require a table, we recommend that you phone the restaurant and reserve a table for your preferred arrival time.

Where do I park?

The West Parkade is located at 110 Macdonell St and further down there is also the East Parkade which is located at 146 Macdonell St as you exit downtown Guelph. Alternatively, you may find street parking which is also free.

Wow! The band is amazing! I would love to dance but this place seems like a classy sit down!

The Red Papaya is a very beautiful room with a chic landscape, and a beautiful atmosphere that really pairs with the food... However, people are encouraged to have the utmost fun and dance as long as you do not impair another ticket holder's experience, are disrespectful, unsafe, or destructive.
