Frequently asked questions

Do I have to stay the entire time?

No but you may miss out on some important information about your co-networkers.

Do I get to speak to the group?

Yes, everyone will get to speak to the group. Due to time, we will state our name, company name, and what we do. Save the details for the open networking portion.

Do I need to bring anything?

Business cards and BYOB -- its 5:00 so bring beer, wine, or your drink of choice. There will be basic party snacks available. (pretzels, chips, cookies, etc. Feel free to bring a snack to share.)

Why another group?? Aren't there enough?

There are plenty of networking groups but none in our area. Alexandria and the surrounding area is full of thriving businesses that could use a platform to connect, collaborate, and grow.

How often do you meet?

For now, we will meet monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:00-6:30 pm. If the group stays full and consistent, we can discuss converting to a weekly meetup.

Are there any fees to join?

There are no fees to join this group at this time.
