La Kausa is proud to present a Sensory Friendly Dining Experience in honor of Autism Acceptance Month.

We are proud to host North Bergen’s first Sensory Friendly Dining Experience. A welcoming low stimulation space where families can dine comfortably. This event reflects a move from awareness to acceptance, shown through real community experiences that create supportive spaces for our families.

Spaces where our children can be themselves without judgment, where stimming is welcomed not questioned and where families can share a meal that works for everyone at the table from little ones to adults alike.

This experience is designed especially for children and families who benefit from a sensory friendly environment.

What to expect

♾️ Meal options created with our kiddos and families in mind

Meal Options (choose one)
• Macaroni and Cheese
• Chicken Fingers and Fries
• Buttered Elbow Noodles
• Chaufa vegan or chicken
• Grilled Salmon or Salmon al Ajillo served with white rice

Dessert Chocolate Fudge Cake

Water, soft drinks, coffee and tea will be available for purchase

• Street parking available
• Wheelchair accessible entrance

Our goal is simple: to create a space where dining out feels joyful, comfortable and accessible.

This event means so much to us and it can only happen with your support. A minimum of 30 tickets is required to bring this experience to life.
