A Sound Bath Journey

Join us on a highly vibrational inward journey where you will be guided in connecting within, aligning with your higher self through mantras and sound frequencies.

Jamie Cabaccang, founder of Techies + Wellness and Soul Care Practitioner at Pure Reiki Wellness will facilitate your journey through an intention setting process, crystal alchemy singing bowls, Shamanic drum, Hawaiian Native flute and harmonium plus vocal tones to become an even more magnetic and energetic match for what your soul is calling and the life you love, desire, and deserve.

ARRIVAL:

Event is 3:00-4:30pm. Doors open at 2:45pm. Arrive early to check-in and set up your space. We will be starting PROMPTLY at 3:00pm.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience that intentionally uses waves of sound that carries vibration to slow down brainwaves into a restorative state, activating powerful self-healing within the mind, body and spirit. Sound is a universal language with ancient roots in cultures all over the world using sound and music for healing. It is nutrition for our nervous system.

The sounds during a Sound Bath are an invitation to journey into a deeper state of consciousness as an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation, restoration and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

WHAT TO BRING:

It is necessary to bring a yoga mat, blankets for warmth and pillow for your comfort.

Optional: You may also bring a water bottle, sacred object for intention setting and journal.

By purchasing your ticket, you voluntarily agree to assume all risks involved and release Techies + Wellness from any and all liabilities, claims, demands or injuries while participating in this event. You acknowledge the experience may be photographed and/or recorded and will be shared in a tasteful manner.
