is a curated, full-body wellness experience for Black men in Atlanta who are done starting over and ready to build something that lasts.
The event sits at the intersection of physical discipline, mental clarity, and brotherhood, creating a room where intentional men can move, think, and connect at the same time.
Every element of the experience; from the opening conversation to the active training session to the social hour, is designed with one goal in mind: to send every man home with more clarity, more accountability, and more momentum than he walked in with.
