Event description
Join us in developing a contemporary vision and narrative for a sustainable and effective housing system.

About this Event

As the State's peak housing policy and advocacy body for more than 40 years, Shelter NSW has advocated for progressive change to promote fairness and equality.

Today the need for secure and affordable housing is greater than it's ever bee,n but the policy response from governments has been narrow in focus.

We seek to change this. We want to develop an ambitious vision for housing by drawing in diverse voices from the community - we want to hear what a secure home for all looks like today.

Join us in shaping this vision at a consultation, co-hosted by your community organisation in key areas of metro and regional NSW.

SESSION: Southwest Sydney

Organised by Shelter NSW and co-hosted by Western Sydney Community Forum.

When: Friday 27 September, 9:45am for a 10am start - 1pm

Where: Purple Room, Liverpool Library

We will be drawing on the key issues identified by the Discussion Paper you can find here. Please come prepared to discuss the reflection questions in the paper.

This is a FREE event. Morning tea will be provided.
