We will also make space to honor Juneteenth, which is commemorated on June 19th.

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to participate in various activities aimed at restoring your mind, body, and spirit. From soothing yoga and meditative sound healing sessions to invigorating movement class and journaling, our experienced instructors will guide you through practices that promote inner peace and well-being.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Yoga mat, pen, journal, pillow, blanket, socks. We do have limited supplies on hand. If you forget personal items, we will loan out supplies on a first come first served basis.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that you can move in. You may also want to bring a change of clothes if you would like to change before leaving the event.

Will there be food suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes we will have a variety of food options for meals and snacks. If you have dietary restrictions please email info@walterswellnessgroup.com to provide us with full details.
