A Ranch Dinner
This ranch-to-table style dinner with a fresh, seasonal and locally grown menu will be served in the century-old barn at the Maddux-Carver Ranch, under a star-filled sky with music and merriment. 
The menu will include Carver beef, raised on the ranch and finished on wine.  Sides and appetizers will be perfectly paired, locally sourced, highlighting the season and created by Chef Heather Laganelli, owner of Locale Farm to Table Eatery 
Wine pairing will accompany the 
Happy Hour     4:30pm
Dinner              5:30pm
Dancing           6:15pm
 
Dry camping is available onsite for those who want to stay under the stars, bring your tent, trailer or RV.
