Join us on Friday, May 24th 7.30pm - 9pm for a transformative journey into remembrance led by Imani, a sacred space holder, therapist, and restorative writer. In this hour and a half workshop, participants will be guided through a deeply moving and inspirational meditation experience, designed to facilitate a profound shift from the chatter of the mind to the wisdom of the body.
Imani will create a safe and nurturing space where participants can explore their inner landscapes and reconnect with their innate intuition and spiritual essence. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement, attendees will be invited to release mental clutter and drop into a state of deep presence and embodiment.
The workshop will unfold as a sacred journey, weaving together elements of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic practices. Participants will be encouraged to tap into their inner knowing and access the wisdom that resides within them.
Following the meditation practice, Imani will facilitate a sharing circle where participants can reflect on their experiences, insights, and revelations. This circle offers a supportive community for individuals to express themselves authentically and receive validation and understanding from others on a similar path.
