The Immaculate Conception Church was built in the late 1800s by men from foreign lands. To this day the church is an important building to parishioners who were Baptized, recieved their First Communion, were Confirmed, said their wedding vows, raised their children and attended funerals of loved ones here. The building is a masterpiece of craftsmanship that stands tall and proud in the middle of the Village of Hoosick Falls. The building needed repair, it was thought to be hopeless, but parishioners never lost hope. Through the generosity of many, funds were raised to secure the church building and make the building safe. On December 24th, 2023, after being displaced for more than six years, parishioners held Christmas Mass in their familiar church. While all safety problems have been repaired, there is still continued work to done.
