Guided by Kelly Lee, you’ll be led through a somatic journey to awaken presence in your body, ground your energy, and restore your natural rhythm. Through tea, breath, movement, guided visualization and a rich soundscape, we’ll open space to listen to the body’s truth, the Earth’s wisdom, and the quiet stirrings of new intentions.
From this rooted place, surrender into a live sound meditation with an earth gong, crystal and metal bowls, flutes, drums while supported by the luminous resonance of Jean Cardeño on violin and Evelyn Haden on keyboard.
