We’ve always dreamed of hosting a dinner party that celebrates the joy of plant-based food — and it’s finally happening! Join us for A Moveable Feast, an intimate midsummer gathering filled with good food, conversation, and community at The Knob, our family cottage nestled in the woods of Northeast Ohio.

Dr. C.B. Esselstyn Jr. and Ann Esselstyn will be among your hosts and guides for the evening of connection and flavor.

After introductions and a quick explanation of how the feast unfolds, we’ll kick things off with mocktails and appetizers. Each guest will receive a personalized Feast Card, your roadmap for the evening. With each new course, you’ll move to a new table — meeting fresh faces, tasting a new dish, and enjoying a different table-host’s company.

Our menu will spotlight some of our favorite recipes from our cookbooks, along with a few new culinary creations. And, of course, we’ll finish with a sumptuous dessert spread that’s entirely plant-based and completely delicious.

We hope to capture the freshness of summer food, the warmth of conversation, and the beauty of the woods — all in one magical evening.

Seating is limited to 24 guests, keeping things cozy and personal. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable night with you!
