Do I need to have whirled before?

Designed for all levels our workshop adopts a wholistic approach to dance practice, making it equally welcoming for beginners and advanced dancers alike. Each session begins with movement rituals infused with intention and meaning, setting the stage for a journey into intention driven movement.

Question 2

Do I need to wear anything in particular?

Accepted Answer

Most importantly wear something comfortable, soft soled shoes such as jazz shoes, or thick socks for whirling. fluid clothing such as a rehearsal skirt from a ballet supplier in chiffon or Lycra accentuates the movement of whirling, not necessary if not available to you.
