For years now, there's been nothing but talk surrounding women needing sponsors in the workplace, be it corporate, nonprofit, education, higher education, etc.Sponsors get you a seat at the table, they assist with salary raises, they open doors to rooms you don't yet have access to, they're important people. However, not in the right sponsor can get you to work through imposter syndrome like feelings. It's time you become not only your biggest advocate but your biggest cheerleader!
