Texas Event at the San Antonio Cooking School

<h3>Age Restrictions</h3><p>For ages 13 &amp; up</p>

<h3>Description</h3><p>Working with a small team in our kitchen, you&#39;ll  create a sugary, crunchy crust on seasonal fruit; poach an egg to perfection; produce a Texas twist on a classic French sauce; and bake a sticky bun.  Then you&#39;ll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts!</p><p>For ages 13 &amp; up. Children 13 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.</p>

<h3>Menu</h3><ul><li><p>Melon, Peach &amp; Cucumber Salad</p></li><li><p>Perfectly Poached Eggs on a Toasted English Muffin with Beef Tenderloin &amp; Jalapeno Hollandaise</p></li><li><p>Cast Iron <em>Pappas con Chorizo</em> (Potatoes sautéed with Spicy Pork Sausage) </p></li><li><p>Pecan Sticky Buns</p></li></ul>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
