A LIVE BREATHWORK AND VIOLIN EXPERIENCE

Join us for an unforgettable evening at Daya Yoga Studio Bushwick in Brooklyn, NY, USA. Experience the transformative power of Trauma and Stress Release Breathwork at our special event, featuring live violin accompaniment. This session is designed to promote healing and self-discovery, helping you to overcome past traumas and let go of stress. With the harmonic sounds of violin assisting on the journey, you'll be able to fully immerse yourself in the breathwork and allow yourself to be transported to a place of inner connectedness.

Conscious Development was founded by Mariusz and Chansz, both of whom are certified trauma and stress release breathwork facilitators. Their approach focuses on using breathwork to help individuals heal emotional wounds and achieve greater mental and emotional well-being. Trauma and stress release breathwork involves deep, connected breathing patterns that help access the body's natural relaxation response and can reduce anxiety, increase mindfulness, and even improve physical health. It's a holistic approach to healing that can be highly effective for those seeking to improve their overall wellbeing.
