International Intended Parents considering initiating a surrogacy and/or egg donation journey must not only consider the legal process in the United States, but also weigh in the legalities surrounding immigration and citizenship in their home country. There are significant differences between countries, making the process unalike depending on the Intended Parents origin or place or residence. This virtual event will give Intended Parents based in Germany a breakdown of important legal considerations, both in the United States as well as in Germany, the latter explained by RA Thomas Oberhäuser, who has been serving and legally representing German Intended Parents on their path to parenthood since 2009. There will also be time for a Q&A with Thomas Oberhäuser, as well as experienced intended parents.
