Welcome to our Holotropic Breathwork Workshop!

⭐️ Who: Executive Coach and Speaker, Palveshey Tariq; Coach and Breathwork Facilitator, Andrew Greene

🏡 Where: Aum Training Center. 332 Newbury Street #2, Boston, MA 02115

Bring: A yoga mat, a refillable water bottle, and an open heart. You may like to bring a blanket or sweater because when we move energy out of the body, we can often get cold.

Discover the transformative power of breathwork in this one-of-a-kind class! You’ll practice a specific breathwork technique for releasing stuck emotional energy, which will bring your body and mind into a deeper state of bliss and well-being. You will leave feeling clearer, more blissful, and empowered.

In addition to the breathwork, in the second half of this workshop, you'll also have the opportunity to connect deeply with like-minded individuals.

About Us

We, Palveshey Tariq and Andrew Greene, have been coaching one-on-one with clients for many years. Recently, so that we can spread the love to more people, we have started providing group experiences in the form of workshops, coaching programs, and retreats. Our most recent event was a 5-day psilocybin retreat in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

Our goal is to provide safe and welcoming spaces for people to transcend their everyday experience, and to become more integrated and joyful beings.

Frequently asked questions

What should I do to prepare?

This workshop is accessible to anyone, without preparation. The only thing to make sure of is that you don't eat a large meal directly before coming. This may make deep breathing uncomfortable.

What is the science behind holotropic breathwork?

Rapid, deep breathing dramatically changes the oxygen/carbon dioxide ratio in the body by getting rid of a large volume of carbon dioxide. This leads to an altered state of consciousness, characterized by a different quality of energy, as well as release of emotional and energetic blockages.

Is holotropic breathwork safe?

Holotropic breathwork is 100% safe, provided that you do not have certain medical conditions (see below). You may enter an altered state of consciousness, but you will be functional once the workshop is over.

Who should not attend this workshop?

Anyone with the following medical history: -Cardiovascular disease, heart attacks, high blood pressure, and angina. -Glaucoma or retinal detachment. -Recent injury or surgery. -Any condition that requires you to take medication. -Panic attacks or psychosis. -Seizures. -Severe mental illness.
