- creative prayer station (origami, watercolors, colored pencils, glitter glue, and much more)
- playful prayer station (legos, matchbox cars, play dough, bubbbles, and much more)
- sacred space for prayer within the church (chapel, parlor, sanctuary)
- sauntering around the peaceful reflecting pool (across the street)
- gazing at sacred art in the Cleveland Museum of Art (free access across the street)
The agenda for our day together looks tentatively like this...
9:30 am - Registration, coffee and morning munchies
10:00 - Word of welcome, short reflections on the gift of sacred silence, introduction to the abundant prayer resources available and brief opening ritual.
10:30-3:30 - The Great Silence - Each person is invited to enjoy their 5 hours of sacred silence in whatever way the Spirit is gently nudging you. Light lunch will be provided for you to savor slowly in the silence. (Vegan option will be available.)
3:30 - Closing communion and celebration of Belly of the Whale Ministries' 10th Anniversary (cake will be involved!)
Cost for this event is "Pay What You Can" so that all can participate. Your kindness and generosity will help sustain Belly of the Whale Ministries for years to come.
