<h2>About the session: </h2>Many of you, lovely <a href="https://www.hrhackathonalliance.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">HR.Hackathon Alliance</a> community members, have told us that creativity is a key design thinking skill you’d like to cultivate.That’s why we thought beginning the new year with a creative bang would just be the way to kick-start our new monthly virtual skill and community building series. [Note: Save the date for every fourth Friday of the month, 9-10am CST so you won’t miss any of the exciting sessions we have planned!]If you are curious to learn how to hone your creativity, this event is for you!In this interactive session, you’ll learn from a creativity expert about the creative process, the power of changing the way you see the world, and the amazing ripple effect it can have on all areas of your life.You’ll take away some tangible tips on finding inspiration, upping curiosity, and injecting more playfulness into your day to day.We’ll explore questions like:<ul><li>What is creativity? </li><li>How can “non-creatives” become more creative?</li><li>How can we practice creative mindsets, methods, and habits?</li><li>What are Creative Quests and how do they work?</li><li>What are some practical steps anyone can take tomorrow to unleash their creativity?</li></ul>Who should attend? Anyone interested in becoming more creative in general or specifically as it applies to a design thinking context! Including, but not limited to, HR leaders, talent management, HR operations, and employee experience practitioners. Format: This is an interactive session with a creativity expert. We will start the event with a prepared Q&amp;A led by HR.Hackathon Alliance Founder <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ndessain/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nicole Dessain</a>. Our guest will then lead us through a series of exercises to help unleash our creativity. We’ll close with questions that remain for you, the participants. Since 2021, he has been leading a themed series of Creative Quests which are helping people around the world reimagine their creative potential.
