Overview

Take a breath with us; join in the healing energy of collective meditation and chanting and creating community through sharing circle.

In an intentional space rooted in respect, presence and care, we come together to share, express and heal collectively. Participants will have the opportunity to share what may be weighing on their hearts, followed by movement, grounding and meditation inspired by the Maharishi Effect. The Maharishi Effect, group transcendental meditation, has been shown to decrease crime rates and increase quality of life.

As we listen and share, we will bring awareness to how emotions show up in the body—taking note of what we feel rather than pushing it away. Together, we will explore the balance between acknowledging heavier emotions and creating space for lightness, support, and possibility. This is not a space for spiritual bypassing but instead a space for truly processing and healing.


A Collective Pause is meant to set the tone for a more intentional, connected, and uplifting day—one that participants can return to again and again.


Whether you come to share, to listen, or simply to be, your presence is welcome and valued. Our intention is to build community with monthly events.

While there is no cost to attend, we kindly ask that you RSVP to help us hold the space intentionally and maintain an intimate, supportive environment.
