Is this event suitable for beginners to breathwork?

Yes. I will talk you through any modifications needed.

How long does the workshop last?

They are usually 1.5 hours but please allow extra time so that you are not rushing off and allowing yourself plenty integration time.

It's not necessary but it's preferable you have a relaxing evening planned. Some people can feel quite tired after a session.
