Dive deep into your inner world and explore the power of your breath in this immersive event. 9D combines the power of somatic breathwork, vocal coaching, sound therapy, and hypnotic subliminal messaging to access and reprogram the subconscious mind. Sessions are facilitated using special headphones with state-of-the-art 9 dimensional sound to create a truly unique, immersive experience. Guided journeys will allow you to process and release trauma, overcome fear, anxiety and depression, reprogram limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your true self in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this event is designed to help you unlock new levels of awareness and healing.
